Special Exhibition_Commitment Made at the Habor Now, It's a war against plastic
특별 전시 < 항구에 맺은 절개-이제 플라스틱과의 전쟁이다 >는 목포시와 신안군지역을 중심으로 ‘인권과 평화를 위한 문화예술공장’을 운영하고 활동하고 있는 ‘오월평화문화재단’이 주축이 되었다. 생명평화미술행동이라는 개념 아래 연안환경미술운동을 실천해오는 전국의 26명의 작가가 참여하게 된다. 바다 생태계를 퇴행시키는 플라스틱에 대한 경각심과 환경 생태계 회복에 관한 미술운동을 작품을 통해 전개하게 된다. 전시관에는 깃발 작품, 현장미술 활동을 실행하였던 다큐멘터리 아카이브가 함께 전시되고 있다.
The special exhibition "< Commitment Made at the Habor - Now, It's a War Against Plastic >" is organized by the May 18 Peace Culture Foundation, which operates the "Cultural Art Factory for Human Rights and Peace" in the Mokpo and Sinan regions. This exhibition features the participation of 26 artists from across the country, who are actively engaged in coastal environmental art movements under the concept of "Life and Peace Art Action." The exhibition aims to raise awareness about the detrimental effects of plastic on marine ecosystems and to promote ecological recovery through artistic expression. The exhibition space includes flag artworks and a documentary archive showcasing on-site art activities.
