목포를 대표하는 화가, 전시기획자, 큐레이터, 콜렉터 등 다양한 분야의 사람들이 활동하고 있는 < 노적봉 > 단체를 이끌어가고 있는 작가이다. '노적봉'은 예향의 도시인 목포가 세계적인 도시로 성장할 충분한 가능성과 잠재력을 가지고 있다는 생각에서 목포를 상징하는 명칭으로 사용하게 되었다. ‘노적봉’은 지역 문화유산 및 지역 문화를 세계화로 발전시키기 위한 심도 있는 고찰 및 스토리텔링과 해석의 재해석을 통해 재조명하고자 한다. 인문학적 통찰로 지역문화에 머물지 않고 세대를 초월하여 서로 교류할 수 있는 판이 될 수 있도록 주도적으로 이끌어 가고자 한다.

Nojeokbong aims to shed new light on local cultural heritage and regional culture by delving deeply into storytelling and reinterpretation. The group seeks to transcend regional boundaries and create a platform for cross-generational exchange through humanistic insights. The goal is to drive the evolution of local culture towards a global perspective.
