앙카 레스니악의 '사회적 거리 #2'는 2020/22년에 제작된 비디오로, 폴란드 그단스크의 발트해를 담고 있다. 이 영상은 2020년 3월과 4월 동안의 봉쇄 기간 동안 30일 연속으로 촬영되었다. 촬영된 영상은 해변 입구에 집중되며, 해변과 바다의 이미지를 팬데믹에 대한 대중 매체의 보도와 결합한다. 또한 인간의 자연 환경 착취가 인류에게 위협을 가하는 방식에 대해서도 언급하고 있다.
Anka Lesniak, The Social Distance #2, video 2020/22 The video shows the the Baltic Sea in Gdansk, Poland. It was filmed over 30 consecutive days during the lockdown in March and April 2020. The footage focuses on the beach entrance and combines images of the beach and sea with mass media coverage of the pandemic. It also refers to the exploitation of the natural environment by humans, which in turn poses a threat to the human species.

앙카 레스니악는 예술가 및 연구자이며 미술사학의 박사 학위를 받았다. Art and Documentation Association 및 여성 작가 그룹 Frakcja의 회원, 페미니스트 패널 토론 "세미나리움 페미니스티체네" 공동 주최자, 그단스크 미술 아카데미 조각 및 인터미디어 학부 조교수 (폴란드)로 재직 중에 있다. 저서로는 "보이지 않는 가시성. 역사에서 단절된 여성들. 버려진 건물에서의 장소 특정 예술 작품"이 있다.
Anka Lesniak is an artist and researcher with a PhD in art history. She is a member of the Art and Documentation Association and the feminist artist group Frakcja. Additionally, she co-organizes the feminist panel discussions "Seminarium Feministyczne" and serves as an assistant professor in the Sculpture and Intermedia Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland. Her publications include the book Invisible Visibility: Women Interrupted in History. Site-Specific Art in Abandoned Buildings.
